I don't think we really need life guards. Just good parents. However what other places do in this case is have life guards rotate breaks. Still have only two life guards but rotate when they take breaks. This would also solve the problem. When it is…
You might consider telling the lifeguard or even telling the kids themselves to get the heck out of the kiddie pool.
I'm not sure but I don't agree with it either--I have a 20 month old and there's no way she can be in the pool when those kids do that. I definitely think it shouldn't be allowed. And especially without adult supervision!
